What is it you wish to heal or shift in your life?Unresolved emotional trauma can cause stagnation in our life by blocking our life force energy. This could be from chronic stress, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs (such as limiting beliefs from childhood), and generational trauma which can plague you without you understanding why.We can become stuck in patterns that no longer serve us creating a lack of ease, or dis-ease. Imbalance across physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.  Spirit knows what you're ready to release. Your energy field will receive a clearing and an energetic tune-up, creating space for you to create new healthy patterns in your life.People report profound experiences such as elation, seeing colors, feeling sensations, receiving direct intuitive messages, releasing grief, easing physical pain & tension, physical healing, feeling energetically replenished, and feeling deeply loved and uplifted.

How does DISTANCE healing work?

We humans are limited by time & space, but Spirit is not. Spirit operates beyond these limitations and Michele serves as a conduit for such healing to occur regardless of location and distance. Distance healing sessions are conducted over the phone, possibly via zoom or other such application depending on what works for you.  For the best distance healing experience, please make sure you are in a quiet space. Focus inward during the session while remaining present and open to perceive the energy work as it unfolds.

Can healing be requested for someone without their consent?

YesHowever, Spirit always honors our free-will choice. Healing can only occur if a person's higher-self is in agreement, thus making the shift possible. If the person does not want healing, a healing will not happen. I have seen positive shifts happen simply by bringing it up in a session.

What role does skepticism play?

Accepted Answer

Healing requires willingness. An an open mind and healthy level of curiosity is a good thing. However, deep skepticism or disbelief can block energy flow and hinder results.Throughout history, healers have avoided including skeptics in group sessions, understanding that disbelief can energetically disrupt the process. Even Master Jesus was said to be unable to heal in his hometown of Nazareth due to people's lack of faith. You do not need to be a believer, but you do need to be open to the possibility of healing.

What about the victim and bad guy dynamic?

A victim mindset is rooted in blame or avoidance of responsibility and can block healing. This pattern reflects disempowerment and resistance to change. True healing requires accountability and desire to grow.Like skepticism, a strong identification with being a victim can prevent transformation.

Can physical ailments be healed?

Accepted Answer

Healing unfolds across multiple levels-physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual and may also involve underlying beliefs and trauma's. Physical improvement can be immediate or gradual. For some, the pain lessens right away; for others, healing unfolds over time.  Complete recovery isn't guaranteed, but some form of healing always occurs- whatever services your highest good in the moment.

Why does Michele SpiritTalker touch my hand during an in-person session?

As part of the connection process, Michele may gently rest the palm of her hand on the palm of your hand, similar to a handshake, which connects hand chakra's. This chakra connects directly to the heart. Many people feel immediate heat coming off of her hand and others feel a jolt of energy flow. This step is optional-please let her know if you prefer not to be touched.

What is “Confessional”?

During a session, people often feel a strong desire to say something they've been holding inside. Speaking your truth in this healing environment can bring immense relief, like releasing steam from a pressure cooker. This is Confessional and part of the healing process.

Often a channeled message offering deeper insight, closure or solutions to your problems.

This is entirely optional and you will not be pressured to say anything you don't want to say.
